Das Gesch\u00e4ftszentrum umfasst einen 260 m hohen Hotel-B\u00fcroturm und ein mit Einzelhandelsgesch\u00e4ften aktiviertes kommerzielles Podium, das zum neuen Wahrzeichen der Bucht von Haikou werden soll.<\/p>\n<p>Freizeit-, Erholungs- und Restaurant-Pavillons befinden sich auf dem Au\u00dfenring entlang einer aktivierten Uferpromenade. Im Wohnbereich auf der gegen\u00fcberliegenden Seite entstehen drei neue Luxusappartementt\u00fcrme sowie mehrere Luxusvillen. Jedes Haus verf\u00fcgt dabei \u00fcber einen privaten Zugang zum Wasser.<\/p>\n<p>Freizeit- und Sporteinrichtungen, ein Yachtclub sowie ein gro\u00dfer \u00f6ffentlicher Strand befinden sich alle im zentralen Teil der Insel. In allen Geb\u00e4uden werden neueste Energieeffizienz- und \u00f6kologische Technologien implementiert.
