Als Teil des \u00f6ffentlichen Korridors besitzt es damit eine besondere Exposition innerhalb der Skyline Shanghai's mit einem sehr hohem Wiedererkennungswert. Ziel war es daher ein multifunktionales Geb\u00e4ude mit Vorbildfunktion und starkem Leuchtturmcharakter zu entwickeln. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Ensemble wurde offen und transparent gestaltet und verwebt geschickt kommerzielle Funktionen wie B\u00fcro, Retail und Boutiquehotel mit \u00f6ffentliche Aktivit\u00e4ten, Kunstgalerien und vielf\u00e4ltig bespielbaren Ausstellungsfl\u00e4chen. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde dabei auf die Trennung der Besucherstr\u00f6me gelegt, die daf\u00fcr sorgt, da\u00df regul\u00e4re Besucher \u00fcber einen tiefergelegten \u00f6ffentlichen Platz direkt zum Flussufer weitergeleitet werden k\u00f6nnen. F\u00fcr Nutzer des B\u00fcros und den Hotelg\u00e4sten kann somit ein fast uneingeschr\u00e4nkter Zugang garantiert werden.
