Jedes Geb\u00e4ude wurde so konzipiert, dass es ausreichend Platz f\u00fcr flexible Nutzungsszenarien bietet, um m\u00f6glichst breite Mietergruppen anzusprechen. Einzelne Geb\u00e4udesegmente werden zudem durch eine Stapelstrategie bewusst betont, um Unternehmen eine individuelle Adressbildung zu erm\u00f6glichen. Durch das aktive Verschieben der Segmente wird diese Idee nochmals verst\u00e4rkt und nach au\u00dfen kommuniziert.
