Haikou Island

The design emphasizes the two different centers of the newly planned island – the commercial part and the residential part. The business center includes a 260m high hotel office tower and a commercial podium activated with retail shops, which is set to become the new landmark of Haikou Bay.

Leisure, recreation and restaurant pavilions are located on the outer ring along an activated waterfront. In the living area on the opposite side, three new luxury apartment towers and several luxury villas are being built. Each house comes with private access to the water.

Leisure and sports facilities, a yacht club, as well as a large public beach are all located in the central part of the island. The latest energy efficiency and ecological technologies are implemented in all buildings. The island will also have its own electrified shuttle bus line.
