High Rise Office/ Hotel Tower in Shanghai
Concept design for a 200 m office/ hotel tower located in Shanghai
Design of an office and hotel tower in Shanghai. Its unique and highly efficient envelope consists of largely prefabricated panels with only four different aperture sizes. The modules are arranged according to the different requirements of the respective functional program and the underlying floor plans. The resulting variations create a unique and distinctive appearance while offerring LEED Gold certification at the same time.
