Our goal was to create a new lifestyle and innovation hub. A district that takes advantage of Zhuhai’s new business opportunities and combines science, technology research and financial services, integrated into an abundance of beautiful nature. We provided several strategies to offer a 24 hours community of life, work and play. By combining Micro Urbanism as a general framework that leverages mixed use strategies across different scales and sizes in order to create human centric-environments. We have designed the district so that it is accessible and walkable, has plenty of activated outdoor spaces and offers a variety of CBD highlights with in the new urban area. A place that also serves as an innovation incubator for human interaction to encourage creativity and new ways of thinking.
