Office Building in Shanghai Lujazui
Commercial offices in Shanghai Lujiazui - Feasibility study with HLW
The office building is located at Huangpu riverbank in the heart of Lujiazui‘s financial district. The goal was to pursue a signature design and to create a unique landmark building with an own identity.
The solution was to design a „functional sculpture“ with a strong visual appearance, inspired by the natural flow of wateras well as functional requirements, to meet the needs of housing four different companies in a single building. The final design offers high amounts of flexibility to address the different needs of various potential future tenants.
