Xixi Park North Campus

The concept aims to create an health & wellness public realm with an open park for all campus staff and visitors that seamlessly connects to the existing Xixi South Campus. Efficient office buidlings with large, connected floorplates that expand into different clusters will offer maximum flexibility. The Ali loop building will almost naturally frame the park and includes all visitors program- while separating public- and corporate areas of the campus in a smart way. 

To a certain extent, the Ali Loop embodies the idea of ​​an integrated, open community as part of the Alibaba culture. The building offers various opportunities to present new technologies and projects in a public way, and thus also the unique corporate image. A comprehensive sustainability strategy, which includes multiple energy-saving and energy-generating elements, complements the strong image of a future-oriented, global technology firm.
